I had been struggling to find a reliable pool service for a while now. I live in Romoland, so not to many want to service my area, took a gamble and called them. I was iffy at first because they seem like a new company. I got helped by Juan over the phone set up a appointment so they could quote me. They came inspected my whole pool and system. They taught us how things work and a few tips and ideas to try to save on energy! Like wow who does that? They asked if we have concerns. I have kids so my concern is skin and eye irritation, I have dogs so gates being open or they being outside would be our concern. He assured me that the strong smell of chlorine isn’t good and with them I wouldn’t have to worry. They are ok with dogs and would set me on a scheduled visit. Pricing is average not gonna lie they aren’t the cheapest nor the highest but what really sold me was 1) their professionalism 2) their knowledge and 3) they actually showed up.
We have had their service for several months now and I waited to post because didn’t want to jump to conclusions to fast. My husband and I have been happy with Juan and Angel they are very professional and knowledgeable. My pool always looks ready and yes the smell of chlorine isn’t overbearing anymore. We have made plans to do some remodeling in the near future cause they do that as well!
So in conclusion to my long review (sorry) I strongly recommend these guys…they are honest, knowledgeable, professional and over all reliable. Also they are a local small business and what else is better then to see our area grow!
